The course comprises units not only covering biology, chemistry and physics but also units on working in the science industry, perceptions of science, microbiological techniques, practical chemical analysis and chemical laboratory techniques. As the course is medical based, there will be a greater emphasis on understanding the human body e.g. units on physiology of human body systems, medical physics techniques, biomedical science techniques and physiological investigations.
