This course is designed to prepare mature students with an interest and passion for art and design to progress to university in one year. Will the course suit me? Applicants for Art and Design should show evidence of some artistic ability and commitment, eg portfolio of painting or craft work. It is expected that candidates will have achieved a Level 2 qualification in art and design or demonstrate through their portfolio that they are currently working at such a level. Personal Study Time The course is delivered over a one year period on a full time basis, which requires college attendance and at least 15 hours per week private study out of college time.
