Course Description

Temple University's undergraduate program in Adult and Organizational Development prepares students for careers in the field of adult and organizational development. Coursework in this academic major gives students the communication skills and analytical abilities to: design adu3.0 gpalt training programs, conduct organizational interventions, develop change management processes, conduct effective team development programs, facilitate group decision making, manage interpersonal conflict and design dispute resolution systems. The program can be completed at either Main campus or Temple University at Ambler.
