Advanced Diploma in Business Administration - Professional Golf Management

Course Description

Integrating business activities with knowledge of the day-to-day management of a golf facility are the foundation components in the Golf program. Students graduate with skills prepared to be involved in retailing, managing resources, marketing, turf and landscape management, and food and beverage operations. This program will appeal to students with a passion for the game of golf. It is important to have an interest in business and good interpersonal skills. PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS * Meets all formal educational requirements of the Canadian Professional Golfers' Association * St. Clair College has a partnership with Roseland Golf Club. It is minutes from the campus and provides an outstanding environment that will enhance student learning. It is an 18 hole par 72 heritage designated course where some of the hands-on lab work will take place. This includes club fitting, club repair and golf cart management.
