This program combines the health related skills of the Health Care Assistant program with the office skills within the Business Administration program. Our Health Care Assistant program is for students with strong wills and warm hearts. Health Care Assistants (HCA) also known as Resident Care Attendants (RCA) or Care Aides help individuals and families deal with common health challenges such as aging and mental health challenges. Learn how to work with a team of other health care professionals to identify and address the unique needs of each unique client. Business Administration officers oversee creating a variety of organizational procedures, set work priorities, and manage the supply of administrative services, such as reports, data entry, ordering supplies, and coordinating security services. They may also handle some petty cash and direct the work of clerical staff. They are a very large occupational group and employed throughout the private as well as public sectors.
