You’ll learn a diverse range of skills, including multi-platform journalism, styling, marketing, PR, advertising and trend forecasting, with an opportunity to specialise as you progress. Students will learn advertising, PR and creative marketing skills, specialising in the beauty industry. Students have access to industry-standard teaching facilities at the dedicated media academy, as well as hair, make-up and photography studios. Voted as one of the top creative universities in the UK, Southampton Solent’s collaborative culture means past students have worked on exciting projects with other students from fashion design, hair and make-up courses, as well in areas such as photography, film, television and music. Students can get involved in unique retail opportunities via the University’s student-managed high street fashion store, Re:So.
