In Year 2 and 3 you can choose modules to tailor the course to suit your future career direction. You can specialise in accountancy or gain a wider business perspective. The knowledge, skills and qualities developed will also enable you to undertake further professional studies in a variety of organisations in order to gain a professional accounting qualification. The professional bodies that are in some way associated with the route are: • Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales • Chartered Institute of Management Accountants • Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
