Subjects include: Health & Safety Procedures Provide Chair Side Support during Assessment and Dental Treatments Protect Oral Health Record of Experience Produce Dental X-Rays The course also includes Core Skills and a Work Placement (Hep B vaccination requried before commencement). As well as a written examination in late May, and if this is passed at practical exam (OSCI's) in June, set by the National Examination Board for Dental Nurses (NEBDN), students must also complete a record of experience.

This full time course is aimed at people who would like to be prepared to the NEBDN examination within a year.
