Course Description

The new Advanced Foundations in Letters, Arts, and Sciences Certificate is the final certificate in the Associate Degree is Letters, Arts, and Sciences (2LACA) Step-up Certificate Program series administered at Penn State Harrisburg. The Academic Home for the program is the School of Humanities at Penn State Harrisburg. Students pursuing this certificate complete a total of 42 credits that include general education requirements, as well as selections in specific interest areas. As students enter this certificate, they will be guided through the admission process for entry into the associate degree. Students are strongly encouraged to work with an adviser as they pursue this program. To earn an undergraduate certificate in ADVANCED FOUNDATIONS IN LETTERS, ARTS, AND SCIENCES III, a minimum of 42 credits is required.
