The primary objective of the CNA program is to provide a solid foundation for an information technology career with solid computer networking and administration skills. The CNA program includes one network design project course to enhance and complement skills obtained in the classroom. In addition to network administration topics, CNA students cover a number of network communication topics. This additional information has proven to be valuable in the present networking industry. An industry advisory committee provides input on program focus and direction.

Graduates work as client services, network services and information services administrators, desktop and technical support technicians, and systems analysts.
