This 2-year diploma program trains students for positions in managing human resources within organizations. Students develop an understanding of modern business dynamics, and learn to work well within the culturally diverse organizations. Students learn to work under pressure and develop strong leadership skills. The Human Resources Management program has excellent applied training and is well recognized by potential employers. All Business Administration students take a common first year that provides a grounding in basic business skills and an overview of career possibilities related to the JR Shaw School of Business (JRSSB) programs, then specialize in Human Resources Management in their second year. The program provides transferability to degree programs and professional designations after graduation. Prospective students must apply to Business Administration - Year 1.

Grads work as HR generalists, with knowledge of recruitment and selection, compensation management and labour relations. The diploma provides an excellent transition to the BBA degree.
