Students in this program develop and practice the customer service representative skills required by employers in the banking industry in our simulated bank environment lab. The program also includes some introductory business administration courses.

Students are trained for customer service representative roles in retail banks. Further opportunities with experience include promotion to other areas including administration, lending, investment and management positions.
