The programme can be completed in 24 - 27 months, with four modules per term. This course is designed to give students business and hospitality management skills to enable them to pursue a career as an industry leader at a national or international level. Graduates will be highly qualified to meet the challenges associated with working for or operating a hospitality business. This course combines theory with practical industry-based experience and the opportunity to develop professional networks. This course also includes an internship programme which provides students with a block of practical workplace experience that involves working in a hospitality or tourism organisation.

Graduates typically find employment in resorts and hotels, spa and health retreats, casinos, clubs, restaurants, food service and catering, airlines, convention and exhibition centres, hospitality management consultancies and other hospitality operations.
