Course Description

The MSc in Brand Management is a new and innovative programme delivered in the heart of the City of London. You’ll gain an in-depth appreciation and understanding of the importance and value of branding both domestically and internationally in a rapidly changing and evolving market, where the brand is an integral part of organisational success. The programme introduces a range of important concepts for those with responsibility for brand management, or who are intending to work in this area of marketing. You’ll have the opportunity to explore the impact on the consumer purchasing decision-making process as well as the significance of branding across the various media/distribution channels. You’ll also discuss how brands operate in a global market and compete with other global brands, and how careful management of the brand through imagery, price, characteristics, and relationship with customers and performance contribute to overall success in the market. The programme is taught by leading academics from across marketing disciplines as well as industry experts and can be completed within a 12/18-month period if studied on a full-time basis. The most recent subject review of our teaching, student support and course provision by the UK government’s Quality Assurance Agency awarded business and management education at London Met top marks, placing it in the top 5% of UK business schools.
