The three-year Business Administration program has been developed specifically for you to personalize your program of study to suit your abilities and interests and put you in the best possible light for employment. This program prepares you for a world of business and educational opportunities. Whether you want to become an entrepreneur, operate a small family-owned business, join a multi-national organization, a not-for-profit service organization or continue your education at university, the Business Administration program is the first step. During the first year, students will be in an active learning environment and are exposed to a curriculum that builds a solid knowledge base of the major areas of business. This lays a foundation for the areas of concentration and for the development of teamwork, leadership, and research skills. Students may participate in an optional co-op work term that would reinforce the curriculum with hands-on work experience.

Depending on the unique skills of the graduate and the chosen area of concentration, program graduates may enter a broad range of employment roles, from entry-level management to positions of greater responsibility. Previous graduate success stories are found in marketing management and strategic planning, marketing research, media and promotion, retailing, sales, supply chain management, recruitment, training and development, labour relations, compensation, and pension and benefits.
