Accounting and Finance BA(Hons)

Course Description

This course covers financial accounting, management accounting and finance. It will develop the knowledge and technical skills necessary to pursue a career in roles as varied as auditor, treasurer, banker, company secretary and accountant. This course also offers you the option to take a year-long work placement or study abroad exchange between the second and third years of your studies. Undergraduate Diploma in Professional Practice in Business If you choose the four-year route with a year in industry, on successful completion of a year-long work placement and related work-based coursework, you may be eligible for an Undergraduate Diploma in Professional Practice in Business. This is awarded in addition to the bachelors degree and provides evidence of your accomplishments while on work placement.
