The undergraduate Astrophysics program at IIT is designed as an introduction to the physics behind stars, observational techniques, extragalactic astronomy and relativity.

Graduates with an Astrophysics degree generally move on to jobs in government, universities, the private sector or onto teaching positions in middle and high schools.
