The Culinary Institute of Canada offers a blended online delivery option for our Applied Degree in Culinary Operations program for individuals who work as culinary instructors in an educational institution. This program is for culinary instructors who would like to advance their education and their careers, but do not want to leave their jobs and their personal commitments in order to do so. You don’t need to give up your job or leave your community to earn a degree – you can earn it through our distance program.
