The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Business Office Assistant program is designed to prepare the student for employment as an office assistant in a business office environment. Skill development includes keyboarding, word processing, spreadsheet development, presentation software skills, basic database data entry and management skills, filing, electronic and traditional mailing methods, managing calendars, and fundamental aspects of using a payroll software.
