Course Description

Demands The Master’s programme in Agricultural Sciences is a consecutive Master programme comprising 120 ETS. 5 compulsory modules of the chosen specialisation with 30 ECTS; 5 elective modules of the chosen specialisation with 30 ECTS; 5 elective modules of the chosen specialisation or 5 elective modules from the complete range of choices for the Master’s programme in Agricultural Sciences or from a related modularized programme with 30 ECTS; Master’s thesis in the 6th semester with 24 ECTS; colloquium with 6 ECTS. If the Master’s thesis is written abroad, the number of elective modules is reduced by five. Instead, a preparatory colloquium, a colloquium for the practical part of the thesis and an evaluation colloquium on the field research abroad must be conducted. 10 ECTS credits are given for every colloquium. Contents The following specialisations may be chosen: Agribusiness, Plant Production, Livestock Sciences, Resource Management, Economics and Social Sciences in Agriculture Forms of teaching and learning The Master’s programme requires compulsory attendance and uses the following forms of teaching and learning: Direct contact courses, seminars, internships, excursions, exercises, work groups and projects
