This program prepares graduates for an exciting career in the field of Information Technology support. Graduate employability is significantly enhanced by in-depth training in a broad range of business, computer and people skills. To enhance business skills there are courses in office productivity software, business mathematics and technical writing. To enhance computer skills there are courses in computer hardware, networking, programming, databases and web development. To enhance people skills there are courses in customer support, customer service and customer training.
