The Peter Jones Enterprise Academy is a highly innovative and exciting new course to inspire the entrepreneurs of tomorrow! The course is focused upon developing entrepreneurial talent and will allow learners to improve their employability skills through the start-up process and through interactions with experienced entrepreneurs and business professionals. The curriculum of the PJEA is based upon a philosophy of 'learning by doing'. There's nothing quite like this exciting course! It is designed to be different. We have a host of guest speakers which you will also have the opportunity to attend,who come into the PJEA on a weekly basis. Here at City College Coventry we have a dedicated Peter Jones Enterprise Academy suite including smart training rooms and large conference facility. In addition, we have excellent ICT resources including free access to Wi-Fi. Students successfully completing the course will achieve a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship. Most importantly, students achieve crucial business skills & knowledge, improved confidence and the entrepreneurial ability to start to look at setting up and running a business venture. Students also gain invaluable experience of the real world of work through regular guest speakers & seminars, work placements and running their own business.

After you complete the course, you could: * Continue to run and expand your own business * Progress to other courses such as professional courses eg marketing, business courses or higher education courses.
