A practical, work related course suitable for school leavers and mature learners. You will have a short introduction to all three 'pathway' areas for one term and then you will choose your specialist pathway which you will continue for the entire year. You learn by completing projects and assignments in 3D, graphic design, fine art, fashion/textiles that are based on realistic workplace situations, activities and demands. It is equivalent to eighteen units - eight mandatory core units, and ten specialist units. The specialist units enable you to study particular areas in depth.

You may progress to Higher Education or employment.
