This Level 1 course is an entry qualification into the world of catering and hospitality. Based in the Oyster Bistro you will be preparing and cooking food for our customers. The course will also include a qualification in Food and Beverage Service, which will introduce you to front of house operations including serving in the Oyster Bistro. Additionally, you will study for a Level 1 Certificate in Progression which will help get you ready for employment or further study.
