The programme is divided into modules that are credit rated. Each taught module offers 30 credits, and students may exit after 120 credits with the award of PgDip. Students can choose an optional dissertation module to move to Masters level. Students must complete four modules in the taught component of the programme; one of these is a compulsory research module and the remaining three modules are of the students' choice.
