This is a one-year top-up honours degree taught at Canterbury College and awarded by the University of Kent. It is designed to be a progression for students who have successfully completed the Higher National Diploma in Applied Animal Science or other relevant discipline. The programme is delivered through a combination of lectures, seminars and tutorials.

Employment in the animal science sector. Students may also wish to progress to postgraduate study.
