Course Description

This set of qualifications are equivalent to between one and three A Levels on completion, depending on which route you take. They are designed to serve the needs of all aspects of the animal sector including companion animals, zoological and welfare aspects of the animal management industry and provide the training in technical and practical skills along with the associated business and organisational skills so vital today.We offer a range of pathways to study at level 3 over 1 or 2 years including: * Level 3 (1 year) Subsidiary Diploma in Animal Management

Study a higher education qualification, including here at Bishop Burton College, in a related field such as Animal Management, Science, Welfare, Behaviour and Training. Alternatively students could follow careers and training within the industry as animal wardens, dog trainers, groomers, pet shops, animal collections/zoos, research establishments or within welfare organisations such as the RSPCA, PDSA, Guide Dogs or Hearing Dogs.
