Students recently exhibited work at the Milan expo as part of a University delegation for ‘Birmingham Made Me a Milano’. The BMM15 Capsule Expo featured a range of products designed by Birmingham City University students of 3D Design, fashion, jewellery and interiors. The work was also exhibited at Selfridges in Birmingham. Both exhibitions provided a fantastic opportunity to showcase work at nationally and internationally recognised venues. Working with students and industry partners from other disciplines provided a valuable insight into the nature of collaborative practice.
