Course Description

The BAS program is a flexible, 60-credit-hour degree designed specifically for students who have earned an AAS from a regionally accredited institution. The concentration in operations management technology provides the tools and strategies needed for success as a manager. An effective manager is someone who: effectively uses available resources to create quality products or services and accomplishes unit goals hires qualified workers who can do the job or can be trained or educated to perform the job motivates and develops the workforce organizes work understands the work environment creates a safe and healthful work environment Arizona State University and Eastern Arizona College have established a partnership that will allow you to complete your associate degree at EAC and then pursue this bachelor's degree through classes delivered on the EAC Thatcher campus.
